The Atari 400/800 3rd Party Upgrades & Products

The Bob Hays 512K RAMdisk memory board is a fairly modern device. Done in a more compact formfactor than most other previous devices. This is a Slot #2 device and provides both standard 16K of memory as well as a 512K RAMdisk when used with a DOS that supports Axlon compatible RAMdisks such as the included MyDos 4.53/R version that is included with the board.

You'll note, there is a small jumper lead, this must be connected to chip A403, pin #20 on the Atari OS board to enable the 512K board full functionality.
